SUMHNet - theSubstance Use Mental Health Network was a Victoria-wide coalition of health care providers, consumers and carers with an interest in dual diagnosis that met regularly between 1998 and 2002. SUMHNet was auspiced by VICSERV (later Mental Health Victoria)
